Harsh Environments: Precision and Reliability Under Extreme Conditions
Harsh operating conditions place extremely high demands on the stability, interference immunity, and environmental adaptability of critical components. Powered by independently developed core technologies and a high-reliability design, SENSNA encoders are an ideal choice for high-end equipment and applications operating under complex conditions.
In light- and heavy-duty precision transmission systems, rotary actuators, and large-scale machinery, the CAS Series and CAF Thin-Ring Series encoders feature a non-contact sensing architecture designed to withstand intense vibration and shock. With angular measurement accuracy of up to ±0.01°, they provide precise feedback for rotational control, positioning, and attitude control. An IP67 protection rating and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C enable reliable operation in challenging environments involving extreme cold, high temperatures, high humidity, coastal conditions, and dust.
For high-dynamic rotary tables, stabilized platforms, and precision motion-control equipment, the CAS-Pro Integrated Series delivers 19–21-bit resolution and ultra-high accuracy of up to ±0.006°, enabling precise position detection and real-time feedback during high-speed motion. Its dual-track design and multiple output protocols further enhance signal transmission stability and system compatibility, ensuring reliable operation even in complex electromagnetic environments.
In addition, for applications such as precision opto-mechanical equipment, measurement systems, automation equipment, and antenna pointing systems, the large hollow-shaft design facilitates the integration and routing of cables, optical components, and other functional modules. The coupling-free installation design further simplifies equipment architecture and assembly. The products are also engineered to meet stringent environmental reliability requirements, including protection against moisture, salt spray, and mold, as well as aging and high/low-temperature testing, providing dependable position and angular feedback for the long-term stable operation of high-end equipment.
