DIAP Series | Robot Joint Encoder - Ultra-thin Single-Sided Dual-Encoding

As the era of embodied intelligence unfolds, humanoid robots—a core system deeply integrating perception, decision-making, and physical execution—are redefining the paradigm of interaction between "intelligent agents" and the world.

Among these systems, high-precision motion control encoders, acting as the "nerve endings" connecting digital decisions and physical actions, directly determine the dexterity, stability, and reliability of the intelligent agent through their millimeter-level feedback and correction capabilities.

From sophisticated medical robots to harsh outdoor working environments, the application scenarios for robots are incredibly diverse. This demands that encoders be "all-rounders":

Understanding interference and remaining rock-solid under extreme conditions;

Maintaining performance and accuracy at high speeds;

Easy to install and quickly integrate in compact spaces;

These stringent requirements define the core competitiveness of the next generation of encoders.

The new DIAP series, combining high performance, ultra-thin design, easy installation, and insensitivity to moisture, foreign objects, electromagnetic fields, and structural tolerances, is injecting new momentum into embodied intelligence with the mission of "ensuring precise digital coordinates for every mechanical movement."

High precision: 0.01°

Ultra-thin: 3.6mm thickness

Easy to install, maintenance-free

Low power consumption: 60mA

High speed: >6000rpm

Resistant to oil, dust, and moisture; unaffected by electromagnetic interference; insensitive to structural tolerances.

The DIAP series encoders innovatively integrate wireless power transfer and mutual inductance detection principles. Through a unique electromagnetic field stacking identification technology, they achieve, for the first time, a high degree of integration of dual encoders on one side within an ultra-thin, ultra-narrow physical space. This design encompasses a single readhead stator and internal and external dual-code disk rotors, combining high precision, high reliability, and high integration. Installation is simple, and it is widely compatible with various industrial communication protocols.

This series is specifically developed for complex industrial scenarios such as robot joints, AGVs, and high-end intelligent manufacturing equipment. All products support IP40 protection rating and operate within a temperature range of -40℃ to 100℃, adapting to continuous and stable operation in harsh industrial environments. It fully meets the ultimate motion control requirements of future high-end intelligent systems.
